CHRIS MAYO - Director / Co-Artistic Director / Performer
Working as an actor, writer and comedian for the past 7 years, Chris came up with the idea of CUCKOO BANG after writing a play to showcase his own stage acting. Realising lots of other performers were in the same situation and generating work themselves, he put the word out for likeminded creative people who might be interested in joining his new project.
An experienced theatre, film and television actor, professional comedian and events producer, Chris's true passion lies in performing and creating modern and innovative live work.
Having teamed up with Rose Leonard at the beginning of this epic process, he is both optimistic and excited about future plans, and the sheer amount of interest that both the company and it's ethos have already attracted.
Chris is represented by Byron's Management.
Chris is currently in rehearsals as Charlie in Between 10&6, premiering on 22nd November at The Etc
Theatre, Camden.
