We're casting on Monday 14th September for a male actor, late 20s, preferably a BAME (Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic) actor to join the company for our new play In My Head by Chris Mayo running at the Proud Archivist in Hackney from 9th - 14th November.
Role: Male, mid-late 20s, actor. BAME preferred.
Rehearsals 19th Oct - 6th November - 10am - 5pm Performances 9th - 14th November at 8pm. 15th November at 3pm.
Payment £300 for the project. This works out as above National Minimum Wage for performances and then expenses for the rehearsal period. In addition to this we will also be paying a split of the box office takings amongst cast and crew.
THE PLAY Hurtling through twenty-two scenes, six actors play over forty characters in Chris Mayo's striking new play. A bold, loud, funny, angry, touching and honest portrayal of mental health in the modern world. IN MY HEAD is a part verbatim, part fictional exploration of those who struggle, those who help and those who fail to notice.
Auditions will be held MONDAY 14TH SEPTEMBER between 12noon and 4pm at The Chapel Bar in Islington.
